Takeover by Banks or Financial Institution:
This facility is available
to the companies who are already availing
an existing facility i.e. term loan or C.C.
limit from a Bank or Financial institution,
but at a higher rate of interest. We arrange
the same facility at a lower rate of interest
for our clients. Apart from that we also enhance
the existing limits on the same collateral,
if its' market value is more than the previous
assessment rates.
